SINGLETON, Judge.

The State of Alaska petitioned for a waiver of juvenile jurisdiction over D.R.D., pursuant to AS 47.10.060. The state argued that D.R.D. was over eighteen and one-half years of age, that he had committed several property offenses which would be felonies if committed by an adult, and that he was not amenable to treatment under AS 47.10.060.
