By motion filed March 23, 1989, defendant Ivan Moreno-Duque moves pursuant to Fed.R.Crim.P. 29(c) for judgment of acquittal, following his conviction by a jury on two counts of transporting illegal aliens in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(B).
