SINGLETON, Judge.

Alna Paul Mitchell was convicted of two counts of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the second degree, specifically, delivery of Dilaudid, a synthetic opiate. Misconduct involving a controlled substance in the second degree is a class A felony. AS 11.71.020. Mitchell had one prior felony conviction and was therefore subject to a presumptive term of ten years on each count. AS 12.55.125(c)(3). Superior or Court Judge...
