EAGLES, Judge.
Three issues are presented in these appeals. The first two relate to the trial court's rulings on the parties' motions for summary judgment. The third issue involves the question of allowing costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, under G.S. 6-21. We hold that the trial court was correct in granting summary judgment in favor of NCNB and Stone, upholding the original distribution, and therefore affirm that order of the trial court.
