Marvin and Barbara Johnson appeal from a chancery court order enforcing a materialmen's lien on their property in favor of Southern Electric, Inc. They contend that the chancellor's findings are clearly against the preponderance of the evidence and that his conclusions based thereon are erroneous. We agree and reverse.
