Stewart and the other plaintiffs appeal from a dismissal of their product liability claims based on the doctrine of forum non conveniens. He, along with the other plaintiffs in this action, are citizens of New Brunswick, Canada, who sued Dow Chemical, Co. (Dow), a Michigan corporation, in a federal district court in Michigan.
