Bryon Merritt appeals from a summary judgment dismissing his action for wrongful discharge. We affirm.

FACTS

Edson Express, Inc. (Employer), is a Wyoming trucking company which has a terminal in Rapid City, South Dakota. In December of 1985, Employer established a new route from Rapid City to Billings, Montana. Drivers for this route would be stationed in Rapid City.
