ALLEN, Chief Justice.

Defendants William "Ted" and Ernestine Shatney appeal from a judgment entered against them and against Ella Shatney ("seller") arising from her agreement to sell certain property to plaintiffs and her subsequent sale of the same property to defendants. We reverse.
