GIBSON, Justice.

Plaintiff Cooperative Fire Insurance Association of Vermont (Cooperative) appeals from a judgment order of the trial court dismissing the complaint as to defendant Rita LaRose on the basis that the statute of limitations barred plaintiffs' suit against her. We affirm.
