WEBSTER, J.

Craig Alan Edwards, an adjudicated "sexual psychopath," appeals an order fixing his minimum term for three pre-SRA sexual offenses beyond the SRA standard range. Edwards also assigns error to the trial court's denial of his motion to have an expert appointed at public expense to determine his amenability to outpatient treatment. We affirm.
