Appellant, Samuel James Smith, appeals his conviction of two counts of selling cocaine and the denial of his motion for new trial.

On March 17, 1988, Agent Newton of the U. S. Army Criminal Investigation Command (hereinafter CID Agent) was introduced to appellant by a registered informant.
