McCORMICK, Presiding Judge.

After a lengthy trial appellant was convicted of capital murder. Punishment was assessed at death.

The evidence showed that on the morning of Saturday, April 24, 1982, an individual by the name of Joe Neal climbed into his pickup truck with the intention of taking one of his daughters to choir practice. Neal apparently turned on the truck's ignition...
