OPINION

McCORMICK, Presiding Judge.

Richard Gerry Drinkard was convicted by a jury of the offense of capital murder. At the punishment stage of the trial, the jury returned affirmative findings to both special issues and appellant was sentenced to death. In his appeal to the Court of Criminal Appeals, appellant asserts three points of error. All three points concern the voir dire phase of the trial.
