Prior to April 5, 1988, petitioner operated a Sunoco service station on property zoned for residential and agricultural use in the Town of Malta, Saratoga County. As a part of its business use of the property, petitioner maintained a large sign which does not conform to the requirements of the sign provisions of the town's zoning ordinance.
