The plaintiff brought an action for specific performance of an alleged contract to purchase real property owned by the defendant. The trial court, Moraghan, J., rendered judgment according to a stipulated agreement entered into by the parties. In accordance with the stipulation, the plaintiff deposited $100,000 in an escrow account pending completion of the transaction pursuant to the terms of the stipulation.
