At issue is which statute of limitations applies to plaintiffs' claims for alleged breach of their state employee pension rights. Plaintiffs contend that the 6-year statute, RCW 4.16.040(1), controls; the trial court dismissed the action as barred by the 3-year statute of limitations, RCW 4.16.080. We affirm.
