Banks appeals from an order granting Aetna's motion for summary judgment.
On March 28, 1986, the stationary vehicle of Banks was struck by another vehicle which was turning left. She filed a claim with Aetna, under the PIP coverage of a motor vehicle insurance policy, for her personal injuries.
