Banks appeals from an order granting Aetna's motion for summary judgment.

On March 28, 1986, the stationary vehicle of Banks was struck by another vehicle which was turning left. She filed a claim with Aetna, under the PIP coverage of a motor vehicle insurance policy, for her personal injuries. She had been insured by Aetna since the mid-seventies, lately by a series of six-month policies. Her two policies following the date of the collision...
