This is an appeal from the trial court's order granting appellee/defendant's motion for summary judgment in a slip and fall case.

On July 14, 1986, after 10:00 p. m. when the B. Dalton bookstore was closed, the manager swept and applied a floor treatment mixture with a sponge mop to the parquet wood floor.
