In this adoption proceeding, petitioners appeal from a judgment in favor of objector, the putative father. They assign as errors that the court allowed objector's amended objection to the adoption, ORS 109.098(1), denied their amended petition for adoption, decided that objector is the father of the child and awarded him custody.
