The Court is called upon in this case to visit again those two issues that have repeatedly presented themselves in cases purporting to allege claims under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), 18 U.S.C. § 1961, et seq.: (1) what relationship is required between a RICO defendant and an enterprise to satisfy the requirements of the statute, and (2) what constitutes a pattern....
