The issue in this appeal is whether the lien of a judgment, obtained against one of several devisees of real estate more than five years after the death of the testatrix and after the administrator c.t.a. had made distribution and had been released, is extinguished by the joinder of the administrator c.t.a. in a subsequent conveyance of the real estate by the devisees. The trial court held that the lien of the judgment had been extinguished, dismissed...
