Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The hearing court acted properly in denying those branches of the defendant's motion which were to suppress his oral statements and the physical evidence seized. The finding that he was arrested outside his girlfriend's home comported with the evidence; moreover, if he was in fact arrested, as he claims, inside his girlfriend's home, no constitutional violation has been made out.
