McCLUNG, Justice.

Appellant, Clarence William Mack, was charged in separate indictments with the offenses of aggravated robbery, murder, and conspiracy to commit capital murder. The three offenses arose from the same transaction and were consolidated into one trial. The cases have also been consolidated on appeal. The jury returned a verdict of guilty for each offense and sentenced appellant to fifty years for aggravated robbery, ninety-nine years for murder, and...
