FLAUM, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a grant of summary judgment to the defendants, dismissing plaintiff's claim under 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq., the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO"). The sole issue on appeal is whether plaintiff raised a genuine issue of material fact as to whether defendants' conduct constituted a pattern of racketeering. We affirm.1
