After a bench trial in the county court for Douglas County, Daryl L. Schroder was convicted of drunk driving in violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 39-669.07 (Reissue 1988) and was sentenced. Schroder appealed to the district court, which affirmed the decision of the county court.
