("SSD") appeals the judgment of the district court in favor of defendant-appellee General Motors Corporation ("General Motors"), denying plaintiff's motion to alter or amend the court's judgment granting defendant's motion to dismiss under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6).
