On June 2, 1989, Casimir J. Kadow and Elaine J. Kadow filed this cause of action against their securities broker, Jay Rumberger, and his employer, A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. (Edwards). The Kadows in July, 1986, sought the investment advice and brokerage services of the defendant.
