Darwin Gene Damewood appeals from his convictions by a jury of one count of aggravated kidnapping (K.S.A. 21-3421), two counts of indecent liberties with a child (K.S.A. 21-3503[1][b]), three counts of aggravated criminal sodomy (K.S.A. 21-3506[a]), and two counts of aggravated sexual battery (K.S.A. 21-3518[1][b]). Two counts of assault (K.S.A. 21-3408) were dismissed...
