This is an appeal by the intervenors, Safeco Insurance Company of America and Continental Casualty Company. The dispositive issue in this appeal is whether the granting of an exception of no cause of action allowing the plaintiff and intervenors fifteen days in which to amend is an appealable judgment. For the reasons expressed below, we find that the judgment is nonappealable.
