PER CURIAM:
On July 4, 1980, appellant Katherine L. Orfield was traveling from Louisiana to California with Ronnie Milligan, Paris Leon Hale, Terry Carl Bonnette, Ramon Houston and Kathy Orfield, appellant's teenage daughter.
