This case involves the review of a denial of Supplemental Security Income ("SSI") benefits by the Secretary of Health and Human Services ("Secretary"). The Secretary determined that the claimant was able to perform light work and had transferable skills, and that accordingly, pursuant to the applicable regulations, he was not disabled.
