By an information filed in Randolph County, Arkansas, appellants Gerald and Lora Lee were charged with the crimes of delivery of a controlled substance and conspiring with one William Smith to engage in a continuing series of offenses of delivery of controlled substances. The jury returned a verdict finding Gerald Lee guilty of both charges. It found Lora Lee guilty of conspiracy but not guilty of delivery...
