This bitter custody suit involves a bright and attractive little boy who will soon be ten years old. Contestants are his mother and father who were married from 1978 until 1986. Upon dissolution of their marriage, physical custody was awarded to the mother. The trial court rejected the father's subsequent application that custody should be changed to him.
