PEEPLES, Justice.

This declaratory judgment action requires us to interpret insurance policy limits. Plaintiffs are the relatives and beneficiaries of three passengers who died in an airplane crash. Defendant had provided liability insurance to the plane's owner. The sole question is whether the insurance policy's maximum coverage for wrongful death suits is $300,000 or $1,000,000 per occurrence. Both sides filed motions for summary judgment. The...
