The defendant, James E. Glover, appeals from the denial of his motion for post-conviction relief. We affirm.

Defendant was initially charged in Denver with aggravated robbery and a crime of violence. He subsequently entered a guilty plea to the aggravated robbery charge, and the second charge was dismissed. Prior to imposing sentence the trial court learned that defendant had previously been incarcerated in Texas, and upon his release...
