Curley James Boykin appeals from a jury conviction for delivery of a simulated controlled substance. The trial court assessed punishment, enhanced by one prior felony conviction, at ten years. Appellant seeks reversal on the following grounds: (1) the evidence is insufficient to show that he ever expressly represented the substance to be cocaine, and (2) the evidence is insufficient to show delivery because appellant established...
