Defendant Ana Gonzalez is charged in a one-count information1 with violating 21 U.S.C. §§ 812, 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(C) and 845a(a). Gonzalez now moves to suppress physical evidence and certain statements made after her arrest.2
