The appellant in this action contends that the district court abused its discretion by dismissing his complaint with prejudice as a sanction for discovery abuse. The appellant also contends that the district court erred in awarding the appellees $8,362.34 in attorney's fees incurred as a result of the appellant's failure to comply with discovery and in awarding appellees $6,512.30 in costs. We find that the district court did not abuse its discretion...
