SCHULTZ, Justice.

In this multi-count action, the trial court bifurcated the legal and equitable claims and first tried the equitable action. Defendants Howard Randolph and Rolling Ridges Ranch, Inc. appealed the trial court's resolution of the equitable issues involving an accounting and a quiet title action. We affirmed the trial court's decision in favor of plaintiffs Lester and Norma Steckelberg, holding that the deed of the farm from plaintiffs to defendants...
