ORDER

On 20 March 1989, this Court issued an opinion, 324 N.C. 238, 376 S.E.2d 727 (1989), the effect of which was to remand this case to the Superior Court, Pitt County, for a hearing on the Batson issue. The findings of fact and conclusions of law of the superior court arising out of that hearing have now been certified to this Court.

Accordingly, the defendant may have up to and including 30 days after receipt...
