DEITS, Judge.

Defendant appeals his conviction for driving under the influence of intoxicants. ORS 813.010(1)(b). We affirm.

Defendant was driving his car southbound from Washington to Oregon on Interstate 205. As he was crossing the Columbia River on the Glenn Jackson Bridge, a Washington State police officer stopped him, because he was speeding and driving erratically.
