The Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC) and the General Teamsters, Chauffeurs and Helpers Union, Local 378, the bargaining representative of approximately 18 employees of Mason County, appeal the Superior Court's reversal of PERC's summary judgment that Mason County had committed an unfair labor practice and the court's denial of PERC's request for enforcement of its remedial order.
