OPINION

EVANS, Chief Judge.

A jury convicted appellant of the offense of burglary of a habitation. The trial court found one enhancement allegation to be true and assessed punishment at 25 years confinement.

In appellant's sole point of error, he contends that the trial judge committed harmful error when he overruled his motion to dismiss the jury based on Batson v. Kentucky, 476 U.S. 79, 106 S.Ct. 1712, 90...
