C. Doug Fyke was charged in the circuit court of Marion County with the offense of murder. After a trial by jury, Fyke was found guilty and sentenced to 50 years in prison.

Fyke's conviction resulted from his participation in a conspiracy to kill Robert Alderson, Jr., whom the conspirators believed to be an informant. The conspirators included Fyke and his wife Tammy, Frank Volkmar...
