This case comes before us on appeal from a judgment of divorce entered in Family Court. The plaintiff, Milton Stanzler, filed a petition for divorce, alleging that the parties had been living separate and apart for three years. Thereafter the defendant, Phyllis Stanzler, filed a cross-petition for divorce based on irreconcilable differences and the plaintiff's gross misbehavior repugnant...
