TYSON, Judge.

Willie J. Washington was indicted for murder in violation of § 13A-6-2, Code of Alabama 1975. The jury found the appellant "guilty of the lesser included offense of manslaughter as contained in the indictment," and the trial court sentenced him to 10 years in the State penitentiary. The Court also ordered him to pay a $5,000 fine.
