Movants seek an enlargement of time in which to file a petition for rehearing under Fed.R.App.P. 40 in light of the Supreme Court's decision in Martin v. Wilks, ___ U.S. ___, 109 S.Ct. 2180, 104 L.Ed.2d 835 (1989). We deny the motion.
