Richard Frame appeals from the granting of a motion for summary judgment in favor of Boatmen's Bank of Concord Village (Boatmen's) and Boatmen's National Bank of St. Louis (Boatmen's National). Appellant filed his second amended petition in four counts against Boatmen's and Boatmen's National alleging breach of contract, fraud, prima facie tort, and negligent misrepresentation.
