Appellant was charged with third degree murder and possession with intent to sell cocaine. The latter offense was the underlying felony supporting the felony murder charge. Appellant asserts error in the trial court's denial of his motion for judgment of acquittal as to the murder count. He does not, as such, attack the possession count. However, he does contend that he should not be adjudged guilty of both the murder and the underlying possession...
