This appeal involves plaintiff Warren Fogel's claim of wrongful termination by his employer, Grinnell College. Four of Fogel's claims—physical disability discrimination, retaliatory discharge, breach of employment contract and breach of covenant of good faith and fair dealing—were dismissed by the trial court on Grinnell's motion for summary judgment.
